In 2023 its not just humans that are improving in their healthcare, animals are right on par with us!
Meet Ebony; a 12 year old Brown Nosed Coati, who is believed to be the first of her kind to receive acupuncture as a treatment plan for arthritis.
Ebony resides at the Fife Zoo in Scotland. Keepers say she has up to twenty-one acupuncture needles applied in each of her appointments!
